JUMPSTART INTO THE NEW YEAR: GROUP FITNESS CLASS JOIN US FOR A 5 WEEK, FAITH CENTERED JUMPSTART TO REDEFINING YOUR HEALTH, BODY ABILITY, AND WHAT IT MEANS TO LOVE GOD WITH YOUR WHOLE BEING.
We will break meeting during the months of November and December for the holidays. We will resume meeting in January 2025!
